Shipping

International shipping time: 5-12 days for most destinations, excluding customs delays.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for customs delays, lost or stolen packages.

Exchange

Please return the unworn item for a refund and immediately purchase the new item.

Return

We accept return of original, unworn merchandise within 7 days of your order being delivered to you. If you're not satisfied with your item, please email firstsightjewelrydesign@gmail.com and we will send you the required information for return. Please contact us before sending an item back for a refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees. We recommend you ship your package with insurance and tracking.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
If a returned order qualified for a free gift, the gift must be returned, or it will be charged for its retail value.
Refunds are processed within 7 days after receipt of package.
